Do you have a physical store I can visit?
Walker Fine Jewelry is a boutique, family-run business based in Huntington Beach, California. We operate primarily online, with private consultations available by appointment.
Do you make custom jewelry?
Yes. Custom design is our specialty. Clients often share inspiration photos or ideas, and we work closely to bring their vision to life with sketches, CAD renderings, and hand-crafted detail.
Do you use natural or lab-grown diamonds?
We offer both. Many of our clients choose lab-grown diamonds for their exceptional value and ethical sourcing. We also work with natural diamonds upon request.
What metals do you work with?
We craft jewelry in platinum, 14K and 18K yellow, white, and rose gold. All metals are tested to ensure purity and quality.
How long does it take to receive a custom piece?
On average, 4–6 weeks from design approval to finished jewelry. Timelines may vary depending on complexity and sourcing.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship within the U.S. and internationally. All orders are fully insured and shipped securely.
What is your return policy?
Because each piece is custom-made, returns are limited. However, we stand behind our craftsmanship and will work with clients to ensure their complete satisfaction.
